Purpose of processing

The application is used to connect a Meta account, inspect businesses and ad accounts, prepare ad drafts, upload creative assets and run ad creation jobs.

Categories of stored data

• App account data for invited users, including email address, display name, role, login timestamps and session state.
• Meta app-scoped user IDs, OAuth connection metadata and encrypted access tokens.
• Business, ad account, campaign, ad set and creative identifiers resolved from Meta.
• Draft content, ad copy, CTA values, destination URLs, UTM parameters and placement settings.
• Asset metadata plus uploaded image and video files used for ad creation.
• Job history, technical status messages and error logs required to operate the workflow.

What is not stored

The application does not store end-customer lead data, chat histories or personal data from Meta ad responders. It stores configuration and workflow data for campaign creation only.

Recipients and processors

• Meta Platforms, for OAuth, business/account lookup and ad creation calls.
• The hosting provider operating the VPS infrastructure for ads.lead2chat.de.
• Make.com, if the configured creative-apply workflow is enabled.

Retention

• Sessions: 30 days.
• Security and access state: 30 days where applicable.
• Jobs: 90 days.
• Uploaded files: 90 days.
• Drafts: until manual deletion or 180 days of inactivity.
• Meta tokens: until disconnect, token expiry or a valid deletion request.
