Deletion instructions

Direct request

To request deletion of your app account or related stored data, contact info@lead2chat.de. Please include the email address used in Lead2Chat AdsCreator and a clear deletion request.

Meta app removal

If you remove the app through Meta's Apps and Websites settings and submit a data deletion request there, Meta may call our deletion callback. We will then delete the stored Meta connection tied to the requesting app-scoped user ID and remove related access-token material.
